Leading a change project is a hallmark of our C2M Acceleration Program. Every participant, either individually or as a team, identifies significant gaps in their organisation that they can address. We guide them through our proven, practical change process to design and then manage their Improvement Project. They learn how to distill the real cause of the gaps, how to engage their team to get on board, and how to manage the project to deliver real and measurable outcomes.
The projects have led to measurable differences such as expediting category 3 access to surgery, improving recruitment, reducing ‘did not waits’ and ‘failure to attends’ by over 6% increasing access for others on the waiting list.
