 I am an experienced Health Service Executive with a background in Executive & Director roles encompassing Acute Care, Nursing, Cardiology, Intensive Care, Women’s Health, Community & Aged Care.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across Australia and across a wide range of organisations both Public and Not For Profit. I’ve led many national and state-wide organisations and projects and participated in several international organisations. This has included developing and implementing new roles, such as Nurse Practitioners, and new models of client/ person centred care from Maternity through to Palliative Care.

I love politics and governance, and working with the resultant organisational dynamics to turn cultures around to improve patient safety and peoples’ experiences of their leaders, and their organisations.
